Meet Our Team | Demmie Davis

My family was just passing through Roswell, New Mexico and I was born. We moved around a little before we settled in Texas, where my mother was born and raised. I have lived in the Fort Worth area since I was eight years old. When I married Paul, his desire was to go to dental school and I supported him in achieving his dream to become a dentist. After he received his degree in Dentistry, he encouraged me to return to school as an adult. I earned a Bachelors in Counseling, which changed my life. I went to work for Paul during college and have been here ever since. I love being in the office and helping to change lives by educating patients on how to protect and keep their teeth for the rest of their lives. I am a cheerleader for dentistry and good oral heath. Every person we come in contact with has a unique story. I love hearing their stories and being a little part of their lives. In my spare time I needlepoint, read, and travel (sometimes by motorcycle). I love watching my two girls, Dakota and Lauren, grow into beautiful women.

Meet Our Team | Dr. Paul G. Davis Jr.

Dr. Paul G. Davis Jr. is devoted to his chosen profession of dentistry. He graduated from Baylor College  of Dentistry in 1983, then received postgraduate training in orthodontics, esthetic and restorative dentistry, advanced dental implant reconstruction, and advanced diagnosis/treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He is still an avid learner, and continues to advance his knowledge in the dental field as it grows by leaps and bounds. In 2010 he was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas where he is mentoring the next generation of dentists two mornings a week.

Dr. Davis is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction held by only seven percent of all dentists. He was honored by his peers, who elected him as a Fellow of the American and International College of Dentists, a distinguished honor held by only two percent of dentists.

Dr. Davis is passionate about serving his patients and his community. He serves in both a leadership and hands-on capacity for charitable programs such as Save a Smile, Donated Dental Service, Texas Mission of Mercy, and Texas Dentists for Healthy Smiles where he has renewed thousands of smiles for those in need. In recognition of his dedication and many contributions to the field of dentistry, Dr. Davis has been honored by his peers with prestigious awards, including Texas Monthly Magazine's 'Super Dentist', Who's Who in Dentistry, and Fellow of the American College of Dentists.

Dr. Davis and his wife Demmie are still young-at-heart newlyweds after thirty years of marriage. They have two beautiful daughters, Dakota and Lauren, who have witnessed their father's passion for dentistry and enjoyment of his career. They are delighted that Baylor Dental School graduates Lauren and Dakota have both chosen to join the family practice. Balancing work and family is important to Dr. Davis, and when he isn't in the office, he enjoys gardening, metal sculpture, silversmithing, painting, and traveling, particularly taking motorcycle trips with his wife.

PROFESSIONAL ALLIANCES: Dr. Davis was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry in 2010 where he will be teaching and mentoring the next generation of dentists. He  is a member of several professional organizations, including: American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Fort Worth District Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Texas Academy of Dental Practice Administration, and American Computer Society. He is also an alumnus of the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Center, Pressword Center,  Schuster School of Dental Business and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
